From the inside Zalando is very different than the notable television commercials show. Young talented professionals from all over the world, interested by fashion and marketing, work at Zalando. I created a new style for all internal communication - a monthly newsletter, posters, intranet, booklets and material for events - which the employees feel affiliated with. For HRM consultancy firm Hermans Nieuwenhuis, I developed a new corporate identity, which I applied in their new website(including a blog and CMS), business cards, stationary, reports layout and their new identity notice.
During my internship at Viesrood in Zwolle, I worked on an interactive recruitement campaign “Create your own world” for international consultancy and enginering company Oranjewoud. The flashgame is about introducing graduating students and young professionals to a dynamic company and informing them about career opportunities.
During my internship at Viesrood I took part in developing the corporate identity of Red Optical, an eyewear brand for children, which is now sold by more than 200 opticians in The Netherlands and available as well in Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg.
I redesigned the cover of my favorite album: Freedom, by Neil Young, who critizes the American society in his lyrics. In the album Freedom he doubts freedom in the United States, he critisizes H.W. Bush about the crisis, homeless and drugs, the environment and consumerism, which my design is a reply to.

For remigration to the Antilles supervisors Sosio na Trabou, I designed a website that makes the opportunity to return to their caribbean motherland realistic again. The website has two layers: The background is either a picture, or the interactive application Google Maps. The second layer is the actual content, which you can move around, to see more of the background, or to navigate through the Antilles with Google Maps.
